Tracking Information
All orders come with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total at checkout.
Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Packaged in the original box with all accompanying materials (tags, manuals, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or engraved products.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at servcie@theholystep.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
