5. Shipping and Delivery
HOLYSTEP offers free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 USD.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are generally 7–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, HOLYSTEP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
6. Returns and Exchanges
At HOLYSTEP, every piece is created with care and prepared specifically after an order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order and enter the production process after order confirmation, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.
If your order has a manufacturing defect, damage, or an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us within 45 days of delivery. We will carefully review your request and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund options.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including an incorrect address or phone number, HOLYSTEP is not responsible for the resulting delivery failure, loss, additional shipping costs, or replacement costs.
Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged through improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
